One of our restored Blaupunkt radios, a 1952 Blaupunkt KU 520, is now on permanent display at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles. This was the first commercially available FM unit and part of a displays titled "Firsts".

The classic car radios shown on this page are examples of various vintage radios we restored and that have found new homes in the dashes of beautifully restored classic cars. The selection of radios we list for sale span a wide variety of decades from the 1950's through the 1980's. Our inventory in constantly changing.
Whether you need an early 356 Porsche radio with a green dial, a Frankfurt with BMW specific knobs or the correct pin-stripe faceplate for your Mercedes, most parts are always available. If needed, the faceplates and knobs you see in the images can be exchanged for different styles to suit your car's look.
Most of the units we offer accept an iPod/Smartphone adapter cable, allowing you to listen to your music through your car's vintage stereo system. Full modern internal digital conversions are an option as well.
All radios and radio parts are located right here in the U.S. and not shipped to you from half way around the globe. Beware of vendors (often from abroad) offering "remanufactured" radios. These tend to be units, superficially repaired, with questionable warranties. We stand behind all of our analogue radios with a 30 day performance warranty, while out digitally converted radios have a 2 year warranty.
With core radios becoming increasingly difficult to locate, the price for restored radios is certainly not inexpensive, especially when supplied with cosmetically excellent faceplates, knobs and buttons.
